Tie-D by DOLL – Return & Refund Policy

At Tie-D by DOLL, each piece is handcrafted with care and designed to be as unique as the person wearing it. Because our creations are handmade and often one-of-a-kind, all sales are considered final. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will review concerns on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at wrds2life@yahoo.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the situation and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, store credit, or refund.

Returns Returns are not automatically accepted. Requests for returns must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and will be evaluated individually. Approved returns must be received in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds Refunds are not guaranteed and are determined on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original form of payment within a reasonable timeframe after the item has been received and inspected.

Custom Orders Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.
